 Formally known as Ashley Eaves, born and raised in Miller Beach, Indiana, I knew I was fond of the better things in life, especially keen to detail. I’ve always considered myself to be royalty, as all women should, so I took it upon myself to incorporate such poise in my actions at all times. Over the years I’ve partnered and placed myself in situations to help suit the lifestyle and brand I’ve always embodied. Following suit, In 2010 I interned as a Promotions Rep at Power 92.3 FM. During my tenure, I quickly discovered that hosting radio shows while speaking to different sectors of fashion and culture were my strength. Being given that platform brought a sense of euphoria to my career, which naturally exuded more of my fun, classy and trendy attributes to my peers and supporters. Fortunately, it wasn’t long before my superiors took notice of my fresh presence and coined me “Ashley Banks”. I was innovative, stylish, and fashion driven, much like the 90’s hit show ‘Fresh Prince of Bel Air’ character Hilary Banks, and so it was inevitable that I kept the name… so cute and fitting I must say! My lifestyle became too chic and memorable not to document. Contemplating how I truly wanted to represent my brand, I stumbled upon creating a Beauty+Lifestyle blog birthing Global Glam with Ashley Banks!

 Here at Global Glam with Ashley Banks, you will find essential inspiration through the avenues of fashion, beauty, cuisine, expeditions and odysseys, “mommy and me” checklists, and a plethora more. Aside from blogging, I am a resourceful media correspondent detailing production and special events. With my social media presence reigning over 2k followers on Instagram & 1.5k on Twitter all inquiring my dashing mien, I took modern fashion matters into my own hands.
